- Fours session options:
- Intervals: 700m interval with 200m jog recovery
- Threshold: 5 x 5-min @ threshold with 60-sec jog/walk recovery
- VO2 Max: 1.5-min @ maximum with 90-sec jog/walk recovery
- Over/Under: 1-min above threshold followed by 1-min below threshold (x15)
